Welcome to Greatwood Bootcamp!

Drop body fat, weight and trim inches off your physique.
We offer a fun and challenging, group workout for everyone, regardless of fitness and skill levels. No workout is the same.
  • Cardiovascular Conditioning
  • Strength Workouts
  • Ab/Core Work
  • Speed Drills
We offer 4 week long training sessions (month-to-month basis, no memberships):
  • 2 training days per week
  • 3 training days per week
  • 4 training days per week

What to bring:

  • Gloves (optional)
  • Appropriate athletic attire for the weather
